Every time you change your workout routine or perform different exercises, you create new challenges for your body.
Creating new challenges makes your body work harder, and the harder work will lead to greater results. So, if you want to look good and lean with your clothes on (or off), keep changing your routine. Two exercises that are new, challenging and burn a lot of calories are demonstrated below on the Bosu. Bosu blue side up is for beginners; black side up, more advanced.
Now get to work.
  
How To Do It:
Using a few pounds less than your usual dumbbell bicep curl weight, stand on the Bosu and squat down
A. As you straighten your legs curl your arms
B. Once standing, turn your hands the opposite direction and press above your head
C. Do 15 reps.
How To Do It:
Stand holding the Bosu with the black side above your head
A. Squat down and place the blue side to the floor resting your upper body
weight on the Bosu
B. Extend your legs straight back
C. Return to starting position and repeat for 15 reps.
