Are you a morning person or a night owl?
A little bit of both. I wake up early in the morning to hit the gym and sometimes socialize late nights on the weekends. As long as I manage to sleep six hours, I’m usually good.

Describe your coming out experience.
It was the summer of 1997, and I was living on St. Simons Island, Georgia, working at the Sea Island Beach Club. I was dating my first boyfriend, and he was living with me for the summer. The situation had caused some friction, and my mother and father noticed. As a result, they coyly asked my sister, and she said, “Yes.” This was how my parents found out. The moment I found out, I broke down in tears, yet at the same time I felt one of the heaviest burdens lifted from my shoulders. Thanks, Kris!

If you could go back and visit another year, which year would it be?
Last year I lost my father suddenly to a heart attack. We were very close, and I still consider him a mentor and best friend. I’d love to have spent more time with him.

Boxers, briefs, or neither? Briefs.

What is your best quality?
My heart. I’m lucky to have friends and family to love.

Will you ever marry?
If I met the right person, I would definitely consider marriage or a civil union. But I’m still looking.

What’s your favorite form of entertainment?
Believe it or not, it is two-stepping at the country bars and socializing with friends.

How important are politics to you?

Politics are extremely important to me because we are in an era where they shape social standards more than ever.

What’s something you shop for online?

This is sad, but I spend so much time traveling, I’ve become a Skymall addict.

What are you afraid of?
I used to be petrified of flying, but look at me now. I work for JetBlue!

The one thing you want to do before you die?
Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with my sister.

Where’s the most dangerous place you’ve ever had sex?

Oh, I’d better not comment on this one . . . but it was INCREDIBLE!

What’s your most sexy body part we can’t see in your photo?

That would have to be my ass. It has quite the bubble shape. I’m proud of it.

Biggest challenge facing gay men today?
Self-confidence and respect. Too often we base our own acceptance on what others think. No need. Embrace who you are, and others will notice.

Describe “good in bed.”
Great kisser is a must! Passion and willingness to enjoy both sides of the body.

Does size matter?
Not really, but it can make a difference in both directions.

One-on-one sex always or sometimes a threesome?
While a “guest star” role can be entertaining, I prefer one on one. It allows for the passion.

Biggest turn-on?
A handsome face and great smile to accompany a personality.

Biggest turn-off?
Individuals who take their own insecurities out on others – please get a therapist!

Would you pose nude?
Sure, as long as [the shot] was tastefully photographed
