Out of all the major cities I have lived in, I like that NYC demands discipline to succeed. I learn more about myself in NYC than anywhere else. I also like that I’ve got a kick ass job. What’s something you shop for online?
Plane tickets, music, and the occasional black-market Russian bride I can slap around when I’m bored. I’ve got a vicious backhand.

The inability to stop taking ourselves and life so seriously. No one promised us tomorrow, we only have now.

Where’s the most dangerous place you’ve ever had sex?
Summer evening, 7 p.m., in a residential Midwestern neighborhood we were driving through. My then boyfriend and I parked the car, got naked, jumped out, and did it on some random front yard. It was still light out. We could see the family inside, through their window, eating dinner at the table. We were eating ours alfresco.
