ad: To recognize your intrinsic value and refuse to collaborate in your own oppression.

ad: I work to ensure that lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and people living with HIV receive the legal rights and protections that they deserve in every aspect of their lives.

ad: Teotihuacan, Mexico.

ad: Self-identification free of second-class philosophy.

ad: I try to live as fearlessly as I can.

ad: Cheesecake.

ad: Yes. Liberian and Italian foods primarily.

ad: I roll over in disbelief that it’s morning, and then I motivate myself to meditate.
